We strive to accurately display and describe our products and services. However, colors, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or the manufacturing process.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other circumstances that require review.

5. Return, Refund & Membership Policy

Physical Products

Many physical products sold by Creatively Clinical are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at start@cccs.care with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or another reasonable resolution.

Digital Products, Events & Services

All purchases of digital products, downloadable materials, memberships, workshops, event registrations, consultations, and other services are final and non-refundable due to the immediate access or reserved capacity associated with these offerings.

Memberships

If you enroll in a recurring membership, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until your membership is canceled.

You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date to prevent future charges.

If you are unable to access your account for any reason, it is your responsibility to contact us at start@cccs.care before your next billing date to request cancellation. Inability to access your account does not automatically cancel your membership or recurring billing.

Cancellation requests received after a renewal payment has been processed will take effect before the next billing cycle and will not result in a refund of charges already processed.

Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us at start@cccs.care before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the product or service being purchased, agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout, and accept this Return, Refund & Membership Policy.

6. Educational Disclaimer

The information, courses, memberships, workshops, downloads, blog posts, videos, and other content provided by Creatively Clinical are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
